How To Sell

We’ve made it as easy as possible to pass your quality children’s clothes onto another deserving little person and feel good about it. All you have to do is check you’re items adhere to our Quality Criteria, fill in a Sellers Form and email it to us, package your goods and include your name and address so we know who you are and what you wish to sell.

Easy to download and email, the Sellers Form is essential as it is our way of identifying the parcel and its contents, and ensuring we have all the information we need to pass on the proceeds to you when the items have sold.

Please package the items as neatly as possible to ensure they reach us in their very best condition (we are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the post so it is advisable to get proof of postage).

Post your parcel to PO Box 57990, London , W4 9BE or contact us for local collection (West London only).

Once a package has been received and checked against our Quality Criteria you will automatically receive an email issuing you with a unique seller’s reference number and an itemized list of the garments you wish to sell and their featured price.

You will be able to use your unique sellers reference number every time you submit a package making the process even easier every time

You will receive 40% of the item value listed on every sale. We do have a Price Guide that is exactly that, just a guide. If your items are of exceptional quality or a highly desirable brand they will attract a premium and this will be reflected in the listed price.

Payment is by direct payment into your bank account so please ensure that your account details are included on the Sellers Form. You will need to include this information every time you submit a parcel as, for security purposes, we do not store this information.

We want our customers to be happy with every single purchase, we won’t compromise on quality and therefore we only accept clothes that meet our stringent Quality Criteria.

Condition of Items

All items need to be washed & pressed and in excellent condition & between 0-6 years.

Ratings System

• Good - lovely condition, minimal wash wear
• Great - immaculate, as new condition
• Perfect - never worn, brand new with tags

• High end high street – Jigsaw, Zara, POP, Monsoon, Boden, M&S, Next, Gap, Petit Bateau, Jo Jo Maman Bebe, Mamas & Papas, Benetton, Trotters
• Department Store Own Brand (high street items and department store brands are only accepted if they are brand new or sent in as outfits and/or multiples e.g. 2 pairs of boys trousers in the same size)
• Special Occasion Wear
• Quality Dress Up
• Brand New Baby Shoes (0-24 months)

We Dont Accept

• Sleepwear
• Underwear
• Swimwear
• Accessories such as hats & scarves
• Used shoes
• Counterfeit designer items
• Supermarket brands
• Low end high street and budget brands such as Primark, Adams, H&M, Boots, Mothercare, Vertbaudet.

Sellers Checklist

• Inspect items in good daylight paying particular attention to collars and cuffs
• Look for the tiniest hole, stain or bobbling – we cannot accept any items that are not in excellent condition
• Check zips work and buttons are secure
• Send items washed and pressed
• Be honest, would you be happy to receive this item

Price List Guidelines(based on an average)

All items over £75 will be priced seperately.

If any of the items are extra special and still have the labels attached they may go for more than the average price listed in this guide. You will automatically be informed of the selling price of each item before it is featured by a confirmation of sale email. We endeavour to price all our items realistically to guarantee a quick sale.

Likewise if any of the items do not meet the Quality Criteria determined by Eco-Fashion Rocks regrettably they will not be featured.In this event you can choose to have them returned to you (we will deduct the actual cost of postage from the payment issued) or we will donate them to a nominated charity.

Please indicate clearly on your Sellers Form which option you would prefer.

The above guidelines are designed to help reduce the risk of items being declined so please take the time to read them carefully.
